BROKEN HULL

Martin Luther King once said: „We may have all come on different ships, but we're in the same boat now“. Currently, it’s not in a good shape. For me this picture is quite symbolic for the current refugee crisis. We are closing our borders (shutters) while people are drowning in the sea. Presumably, the owner of this boat had a different interpretation, and we will never know his intention. The picture was taken on the Aegean island of Chalki.
